Description

Christ is the Ruler of the Universe and all of Creation, both visible and invisible, but in temporal time we cannot see here clearly the extent and completeness of His Will and His Unalterable Goodness. This imperfection of sight of ours will pass after the end of time as we know it, and after we have all passed from this temporal life. As the Ruler, the Lord is enthroned on a throne of righteousness, of beauty, of truth, and of unconditional love from which His Goodness radiates outward to wash over all sentient beings both here on earth, in Heaven, and in the nether world.

So the Redemption of Man is not just fixing a broken part, or getting over a glitch in planning or execution of God’s Will, but the active imparting of Life into each person here who would let Him remake that person into His Image and Likeness. If we cooperate, He will do this “until we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.” (Eph 4:13) The Virgin seen here with two angels standing by is enthroned in this righteous beauty, truth, and love. May we sit there someday, too!
